DEMI LOVATO LAUNCHES A NEW PODCAST!

Demi is a huge star in music and has been since her early days on Disney. She has quite literally grown up in front of us and not really had the chance to fully discover her own voice till now. She has recently shared a documentary ‘Dancing with The Devil’ which gives us the opportunity to delve deeper into her life, the up’s downs and road to recovery.
Now she has launched a new podcast ‘4D’ ( Fourth Dimension) a place to share conversations with friends to educate her fans plus people in general about topics like gender choices, sexuality, and being your authentic self. I checked out episode one with guest Alok Vaid-Menon, who is an author and performer and an important voice within the non-binary community.
Demi explores gender pronouns and how she personally has come to a place of recognising her own as ‘they’ and’ them’ rather than ‘she’ or ‘he’. She seems incredibly comfortable and also insightful when talking about her own exploration and need to be who she is rather than what people expect from me. While still being very vulnerable and admitting to making mistakes and trying to educate herself while sharing the journey with the world. I found the podcast interesting, educational and also very inclusive for all to enjoy and be a part of. She shares how cathartic it was to chop off her hair and be able to embrace both her masculine and feminine sides.
