Netflix just announced that The Crown (series 3) returns on Sunday 17 November!
Series 1 and 2 were incredible and left us all obsessed with the Royals and their lives. Writer Peter Morgan this time around covers the period from 1964-1977 with an incredible line- up of actors. Starring Oscar winner and all round gorge lady Olivia Colman as Queen Elizabeth II. She takes up the role from the awesome Claire Foy, who was brillant as the Queen in the first two seasons.
Tobias Menzies as Prince Phillip, Helena Bonham Carter takes over from the great Vanessa Kirby. as Princess Margaret. Other names also on the bill include Ben Daniels as Tony Armstrong-Jones, Josh O’Connor as Prince Charles, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Marion Bailey as The Queen Mother and Jason Watkins as Prime Minister Harold Wilson.
