Having gained some success with her at-home workout tape, Sheila sets out to build an empire and will do whatever it takes to succeed. With Danny taking a backseat at home, Sheila develops a new and sexy affair with John Breem and strengthens her relationship with Greta, while tensions grow with Bunny. Danny struggles in his new role as stay-at-home-dad but remains supportive of Sheila’s vision. Sheila also finds a new rival in Vincent “Vinnie” Green, an L.A. fitness guru whose success she hopes to replicate. In her journey to expanding her business, Sheila experiences many setbacks but comes to realize the biggest obstacle that she needs to overcome is herself.
