READY STEADY TIME FOR A CHALLENGE…..

I feel inspired today thanks to Youtuber Kalyn Nicholson! She is a total babe and recently set herself weekly challenges to push herself outside her comfort zone.

I have a huge confession I have totally flopped the gym the entire month of Feb. I know after all the grest advice I gave back in Jan on the blog how is this even possible. Well……work, stress and I also managed to catch a yucky cold. Anyway that’s all about to change thanks to Kalyn. She recently did a week challenge of eating clean and training 5 days. She did 2 Strength days, 2 Cardio days and then a Yoga day. I love the idea of setting myself a week challenge, seems doable and not so hard.

I’m thinking I can switch it up each week and introduce different types of workouts to my schedule. I can’t recommend Adrianne and Carly Rowena enough also, both ladies do awesome workouts on Youtube that can also be done at home.

Why don’t we go on this challenge together? Starting from Monday pick your 5 days out of the next 7 and get training. I’m going to start tomorrow with a Spin class at 9,30am followed by Yoga at my gym. I’m also going to prep my food tomorrow, for the next few days and will share on my blog.
