Take 15 cents and try and make a dollar”

”People that started with nothing had to take 15 cents and try and make a dollar” Nipsey Hussle

Wow such sad horrible news to see all over my Twitter and Instagram.

I seem to have got used to seeing #RIP on my timeless like it’s no big deal, but it is, it’s huge. Let’s never forget that gun crime, murders, stabbings.. people taking people lives has got to stop.
I met this super cool guy a few years ago. He was decked in all white looking super swagged out and charming as hell.

He just ran off stage happy and grateful to be in London city and selling out shows away from the place he grew up in, Crenshaw L.A.

The audience was packed with guys that were into real Rap music looking at him for inspiration, while the women just totally in love with this stylish in demand street rapper
….
We chatted music, finding his way independently, gettin the notice of on eof his fav rappers Jay Zand repping his hood. He was excited as he told me about his new brand Marathon, the stores he was planning to open, the new studio he has just built. He said he wanted to inspire and grow in the game.

I remember him saying (it was Valentines Day) that you don’t need money to have a good time, just take a walk, go to the beach .. park and hang with the person you into.

He was a smart, talented, positive and incredibly sweet human being. He spoke about when you have little you always learn how to hustle to make ends meet

He spoke about loving Stevie Wonder, Sade and Rihanna.

Recently he was passionate about changing people lives mentally and physically, putting a healthy food store into the area he grew up in. Wanting to educate people about the processed food that is killing us, instead take care of our bodies, minds, live happier and healthier.

Sending love to his love Lauren London, his kids, family and friends. I saw the most adorable fun video chat that he had just done with GQ with Lauren, I wnated to share it they were so much in love.

Nipsey hussle you represented West Coast culture around the world and your music lives on but more importantly the change you have made and inspired will be your legacy #RestInPower ❤️
