A whole gang of incredible kickass women have made ‘Animals’ and it’s awesome!
Animals stars the brillant Holliday Grainger and Alia Shawkat as besties that literally do everything together! They represent women who don’t give a shit and live their best life. Sharing a flat in Dublin where they party together 24/7, until one of them falls head over heels for a guy who is not about the party, drug lifestyle.
Here is where the drama starts, Tyler (Alia Shawkat) fears she is about to not only lose her best mate Laura (Holliday Grainger) but also the life they have created together. Is it time to grow up?? What does that even mean? Are they too old to be single and getting drunk every night?? The film will leave you thinking about some of your own friendships and how they have determined the choices you have made in your life. Also why are women expected to be a certain way when they hit 30? Love, life, career and family is that all of it?
