After 28 years together Electronic/Dance legends Daft Punk have today through their Youtube channel announced they are retiring! No this video is not a trailer for the latest Mandalorian series it’s the French guys in their trademark helmets!
Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter have been adored and loved for their music since the early 90’s! The video is a little confusing, as you watch it you are not sure if they are going solo and parting ways for good or if it just as a group? Epilogue in fiction writing means ‘a literary device that functions as a supplemental, but separate, part of the main story. It is often used to reveal the fates of the characters in a story and wrap up any loose ends!
One taking his Daft Punk jacket off and walking away on a timer and then exploding, while the other is standing tall in the jacket ready to begin a new journey perhaps??
