6 Style Lessons From Bella Hadid
From an off-duty trainers and leggings combo to a low cut dress, heels and a fur – no one can switch it up and stay on point quite like Bella Hadid. Humans are creatures of habit and having our own ‘style’ that we follow and stick to is such a huge comfort. Knowing what suits you and sticking to it is such an easy way to get it right and play it safe but I LOVE those girls that push their boundaries and aren’t afraid to try new things and be the girl they feel like each day. Whenever I’m working with a client, I always tell them to name a celebrity who’s style they love, we pick apart that persons winning outfit combos and see how we can apply those formulas to my clients wardrobe. Bella’s style is so diverse but there’s a few style lessons to learn from her whether you’re a trainers or killer heels type of girl.
Jeans and a bodysuit are a killer combo.
It’s simple, it’s sexy and requires minimal thought and planning time. And it has just as much place in a swanky rooftop bar as it does at a gig.

Rock leather like there’s no tomorrow!
Leather is such a great way to toughen up an outfit and give it an edgier feel. A biker jacket can be thrown over a tiny little party dress or paired with a trackuit and leather pants are a fab alternative to jeans when you feel like switching it up a bit.

Bomber jackets are a cool go-to piece!
Gucci revived the 90’s classic bomber jacket and now there’s a ton of great high street alternatives to pick from too. Keep it utility in khaki green or make a statement in luxe satin and embroidery. A bomber jacket goes with everything and never feels like you’ve tried too hard.

Sheer is sexier than skin!
Flashing too much skin is overrated. Bella loves showing a hint of her toned midriff in high waisted styles and crop tops, or she makes use of sheer layers and panels to keep it classy. One of my favourite looks is to wear a beautiful lacy, strappy bra with a sheer shirt.

Gymwear is not just for the gym!
Take note – gym wear is absolutely not just for the gym anymore. Shopping? Matching tracksuit. Casual lunching? Reach for your leggings and trainers. Sometimes less is more. We’re not in LA so maybe save the sports bra for the gym though.

If in doubt, wear all black!
Head to toe black doesn’t have to be gothic or boring, there’s a reason why the LBD is such a winner. To keep it interesting by mixing textures and playing with different lengths and shapes.
