LFW I DO LOVE YOU BABY!

LFW is in full swing shows, parties and lots of champagne!! I find it such a beautiful and interesting time of year. I have always loved fashion and remember sketching designs as a kid wanting to be a TV presenter or a designer…. Sort of cute now when I think about it.
Music and Fashion are both super creative but also full of a lot of fake people wanting validation and fame. I have always found that part a little yucky, I keep hearing people talking about how many followers someone has on social media more then did you love that dress or that song was awesome. It’s so incredibly important for me to always be authetic and passionate about what I do.
In the past sometimes I have got lost and followed what people expect from me only to feel uncomfortable and unhappy. It’s very important to love what you do and who you are.
Molly Goddard shared a collection full of escape and fairy tale at LFW. I can’t help but imagine myself running through beautiful gardens surrounded by flowers in one of these creations!!
Julien Macdonald has a signature look which is very sexy and perfect for the red carpet. He is also a man that is totally aware of celeb culture, bloggers and the right model to open and close his shows. This time the beautiful Winnie Harlow did the honours.
Donatella Versace what a woman. I find her such a mystery and so very fascinating. If I’m honest I would love to chat with her but would be slightly intimidated by her aura and reputation. I know ‘Max never judge a book by it’s cover or what people say’. She is probably a total babe.

Her latest ‘Versus Versace’ collection is super cool and much more street then ever before. With both Gigi and Bella walking the show the worlds media were all over it! I would wear most of the collection but I did find some of the pieces reminiscent of Rihanna’s latest Puma Collection, which shows the influence that RiRi has to Fashion.
Away from great clothes and shoes I’m a sucker for a great bag or case especially when it’s Luxury. Globe Trotter is probably one of the best brands when it comes to traveling in style. The suitcases, bags and small leather accessories have character and are so lovely with that vintage beautiful vibe. I personally have fallen in love with these baby clutches. The detail with the gold chain makes them so perfect to add to any outfit while the embroidery is everything.
I also love discovering new talent during this time of the year. Alexandra Long hosted a special party and dinner at Lou Lous in London ( stunning place) to share her latest collection. I fell in love with the fabrics and sexy cuts of her dresses, she is a name to watch out for.
It’s very important in fashion and music for me to pay attention to the new fresh creatives coming. It’s like being a kid and discovering something so cool for the first time and feeling excited by it and even sometimes inspired.
