So Meghan Trainor decided to take down the video for her new single “Me Too” after it had been altered to show her looking smaller then her real size, which by the way is not huge anyway.
“My waist is not that teeny, I had a bomb waist that night, I don’t know why they didn’t like my waist, but I didn’t approve that video and it went out for the world so I’m embarrassed.”
Good for you Meghan, it’s ridiculous that now through technology even video images can be altered so change a persons size, face and basically everything. Check out the video now back up showing Meghan in her real size looking amazing.
I have moments when I hate the way I look in a pic, but would I spend hours in Photoshop changing my skin tone, features and size?? Hell no!! Insta and Snap is great fun but filters and face swapping can eventually become obsessive and have some of us creating an unrealistic image of ourselves.
It’s kinda messed up that we are all so OBSESSED with being perfect!! I feel like it’s something we are constantly talking about on my Blog. Ellie said to me in a recent Vlog ‘Max I can’t wait for the day that a woman posts something about changing the world and it becomes the most liked and retweeted comment ever”. This came after we spoke about Kim’s recent topless pic going viral.
I noticed this week Vlogger Tanya Burr getting abuse and trolled for posting pics in a bikini while on holiday looking stunning but for some not skinny enough??
This girl has worked so hard to become one of the most successful female entrepreneurs online in beauty and style and rather then applaud her for that, she get’s judgement and opinions on her size?? Why not ask her how she did it? How does it feel to be a successful woman who has created her own empire? Tanya what advice would you give to other young women to reach their goals??
Can we stop hating and congratulating a little more please.
