All I can say is she looks beautiful!! Cheryl is currently at the Cannes Film Festival rocking every red carpet and looking stunning and very happy. I guess a new album coming and a new boy-friend really suits her. The gown she is wearing is by designer Naeem Khan and is amazing, so colourful and showing Cheryl’s hot bod off!!
