Writer/director Shola Amoo tells this story of a young British black boy fostered and raised in Lincolnshire in ‘The Last Three’.
He shows a happy Femi that is comfortable in the enviorement he has known for years. Sharing the confusion and upset when he has to return to his birth mother in inner city London. He get’s involved with street thugs while trying to find his tribe in this demanding new world. Femi struggles to adapt and find his place as a young black man. The story is partly based on Shola’s own life and reminds us there is always so much more then what we choose to see.
