Based on Holly Smale’s bestselling young adult books, Geek Girl tells the story of awkward teenager Harriet Manners whose life is turned upside down when she is spotted to be a model and embarks on a life-affirming journey of self-discovery as she balances high school and high fashion.
The coming-of-age series follows sixteen-year-old Harriet Manners, who has spent her life trying to be invisible, to blend in seamlessly, but there’s no denying, she’s a geek. Her whole world changes after she catches the eye of a modelling agent while on a school trip to London Fashion Week. Tightly wound agents, reclusive designers, impossibly high heels, and a handsome young supermodel with a great smile — socially awkward Harriet has no idea what she’s in for. Emily Carey (House of The Dragon, Wonder Woman) stars as Harriet.
