There is something very special about the Burberry show during LFW! I have reported from the red carpet a few times and have always noticed their guest list is very particular and not full of reality stars or so called mainstream celebs I don’t think they do it in a snobby way, it’s more to compliment their brand. This year it was no different with Brit babes Cara Delevigne Jourdan Dunn and Alexa Chung joined by the likes of Anna Wintour, Lily James, Jenna Coleman and Nicholas Hoult.
The Autumn/Winder 2016 collection is stunning with lots of tailoring, blazers, great coats, belts and layering! The bags were full of detail with clutches baring thick chains as straps and amazing simple staple leather bags for every day. The boots were killer and one of my personal highlights as were the beautiful mismatched silk PJs! Overall I found it a stunning, accessible and a very quintessential English collection!!
The way Christopher Bailey set the mood with the classical music and location made it feel like a Christmas movie with the coolest dressed kids around! I also found the collection very unisex a lot of the pieces can be worn by boys and girls, love that!! It is all available to buy now too, which it quite exciting!! Be careful you don’t go wild though! LOL! Burberry.
