House of Gucci is inspired by the shocking true story of the family empire behind the Italian fashion house of Gucci. Spanning three decades of love, betrayal, decadence, revenge, and ultimately murder, we see what a name means, what it’s worth, and how far a family will go for control.
Ridley Scott’s latest project stars Adam Driver, Lady Gaga, Salma Hayek, Al Pacino, Jeremy Irons and the awesome Jared Leto. House of Gucci is the shocking colourful story of the Gucci family.
Lady Gaga takes on the role of Patrizia Reggiani, who was convicted of arranging the assaissination of Gucci Fashion House’s head Maurizio Gucci ( Adam Driver). The last time we saw her on the big screen was for ‘A Star Is Born’ which won her an Oscar. The trailer looks incredible and everyone involved truly has been made over with prosthetics, tailored suits and dresses in such a theatrical way, you can’t help but get excited about watching the film when it’s released later this year on November 26th. Lots of style, drama and beautiful aesthetics this film was mostly shot in Italy.
