UK PREMIERE OF ‘WHAT IT FEELS LIKE FOR A GIRL’ SXSW LONDON!

The UK Premiere of BBC series ‘What It Feels Like For A Girl’ took place at the Barbican Centre, on opening night of SXSW London.

Attendees included Creator, Executive Producer and Lead Writer Paris Lees (She/Her), cast Ellis Howard (He/Him), Laquarn Lewis (He/Him), Hannah Jones (She/Her), Adam Ali (They/Them), Alex Thomas Smith (They/Them), Calam Lynch (He/Him), director Brian Welsh (He/Him) and producers Liza Marshall (She/Her) and Ron O’ Berst (He/Him). Alongside special guests Mark Strong (The King’s Man, Grimsby) Marisa Abela (Industry, Back To Black).

 What It Feels Like For A Girl is a raw, heartbreaking and hilarious drama that explores escape, self-discovery and self-destruction. All episodes will be available on BBC iPlayer from Tuesday 3 June.
