PLAYFUL & FUN… LORDE IS BACK WITH ‘SOLAR POWER’!

She is one of those musicians that doesn’t conform or try to fit in, Lorde has always embraced sticking out like a sore thumb.
With two Grammy awards under her belt and 2 incredible successful albums Melodrama and ‘Pure Heroine’ we are so ready for this new project ‘Solar Power’.
The new album by New Zealand’s finest and first single are both titled ‘Solar Power’. The release of the song coincides with the solar eclipse in the northern hemisphere which happened this week.
The video has Lorde having fun being playful on a beach with a heavily choreographed group of performers, yet in her signature style almost a little like ‘I woke up like this’, which clearly we know whe didn’t. She looks happy, stunning and ready for the world. In the past Lorde has struggled with fame and the attention her music has brought her. This time she looks prepared and a lot more relaxed, working with the likes of Jack Antonoff who has recently worked heavily with Taylor Swift.
