Sleep, drink and be happy, a few of the tips from our fav super models on how to look good. I have to say I recently have got into skincare and haircare, my mate Carla who is a big sis, has amazing skin and totally has been giving me tips on taking care of myself. Most important thing is keeping your skin clean and fresh as much as poss, also wearing less make-up i think totally helps! When you pile it on, it may look great in photos but up close it looks cakey and stops your natural skin from breathing! Instead your pores are full of foundation, concealer, blush, bronzer and powder.

I don’t know about you but I know when I come home late, and use wipes to take my make-up off it’s not enough and I realise that when I wake up and still have eyeliner or mascara residue. You have to wash you face thoroughly till it’s all off, going to bed with make-up on is the worst.

My tips are wash you face properly and moisturise as much as poss, plus keep hydrated. I know all the usual boring stuff we hear growing up, but I think it’s true if you have normal skin doing this and eating well will totally keep it healthy. However if you suffer from any skin conditions then go to your G.P first to see if they can help and from there you will hopefully get referred to a great dermatologist who can help you control and prevent skin break outs and problems.
